Realtor Associate Ana Cardenas has joined our company on February 2016. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County. In 1995, she won a service award for customer service skills. In 2000, she worked for Sunbeam Properties who were the owners and developers of Miramar Park of Commerce. One of their lines of business was built-to suit. Ana reviewed and interpreted from reading floor, plumbing, electrical and mechanical plans. She has seen how Miami and Broward have grown. She is also familiar with property management and working with various companies. She obtained her Paralegal Studies Degree and has lived in Florida for the past 23 years. Ana is familiar with business law, real estate law and contract law. She is fluent in English as well as Spanish and her passion is translation and interpretation. Ana has served the community with her participation in surveys, seminars, conferences, social and networking events. Ana attributes success to patience, hard work, perseverance and dedication.
