Patricia Delinois had a productive real estate year in 2024, expanding Premier Elite Realty to a fourth office (located in Miami), with a focus on “mentoring and coaching young agents to realize their dreams.” Delinois intends to continue expanding her real estate business even further, beyond Miami and also internationally.

While 2024 did no damage to her “Queen of Miami” reputation, her activism brought her even more accolades this past year. For her work against human trafficking (including producing the documentary “Sisters of Vengeance”), she was bestowed an honorary doctorate from the University of Mexico at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival in May, in recognition of her efforts to spotlight the ongoing crimes of human trafficking.
