Born in New York City, moved to California, and has now lived in South Florida for over 25 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from Nova Southeastern University, and she is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Integral Transpersonal Psychology. Katina is active in the community and is proud to share her expertise and knowledge with current residents and newcomers.

She started her career in Real Estate Development with one of the top Agencies in South Florida and worked for them for over a decade. In 2007, she gained more experience on the residential side and got involved in numerous transactions, while still being actively involved in the development, including the transaction of her own pre-construction developments.

Some of her favorite practices include weightlifting, yoga, meditation, cycling, and jogging on the beach. She also enjoys traveling around the world and spending vacation time at the beach including staycations right here in Miami, FL. With her positive outlook on life, Katina is dedicated to motivating and encouraging others to live and love life to the fullest.
